Personal Training

With the launching of our newly improved training program, we are offering Novice, Advanced and Elite levels of trainings. Upon meeting for your FREE consultation, the workout will help determine which level you will be joining. If you know, or wish to request, the level that you wish to do, please just let us know before hand by emailing us at painandgaintraining@gmail.com. With each level, we offer three time frames that are available to be reserved; 30, 60 and 90 minute sessions. If you wish to do longer than 90 minutes, just submit to us in email the time frame you wish to obtain. Contact via email to see what trainings we offer.

DUE TO COVID-19, ALL TRAINING SESSIONS HAVE BEEN MOVED TO OUR VIRTUAL PROGRAM. IF YOU'VE ALREADY SCHEDULED A SESSION, A LINK WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU FOR YOUR VIRTUAL TRAINING.
