"Strength In Motherhood" Mom Week Challenge

How the challenge benefits you :

     This challenge is designed to help you:

  • Drop BMI

  • Lower Body Fat %

  • Lose weight / “baby fat” weight

  • Tone your body

  • Burn Calories

 

     The Strength In Motherhood is a challenge for moms all over to network and push each other for a common goal. In this 10-day fitness challenge, you will receive a workout regimen that you can continue to use after the challenge. 

 

     During this challenge, you will be pushed towards your goal with the help of our head trainer. For an hour a day, you will complete the daily workout regimen plus any daily objectives. The best way to track each day’s progress will be to log it in a journal. By the tenth day, you will not only see a difference, but also feel the difference from all of your progress. You may feel lighter, you may look more toned, but no matter what change you see, you will feel great and have a plan to follow after the challenge is complete. 

 

     Each person that signs up should reach out to other people that have also joined to push each other to success on this wonderful journey. In fitness we all need somebody giving us a little push sometimes, so why not somebody doing the same challenge as you! NETWORK, NETWORK NETWORK! Networking is a huge thing in the fitness community and a great way to start lifelong friendships.

 

How the challenge works : 

 

     To start off the challenge, we encourage each mom to take a pre-challenge photo. The photo should be a full body picture when submitted via email to painandgaintraining@gmail.com . In the email, you will also enter some more information. That information would be as follows :

Any injuries/conditions that required you to go to a doctor/emergency room:

 

     Each day you will complete the one hour workout and any objectives that day may have. At least one exercise must be recorded and shared with Pain and Gain via email so that we can track the days that you complete the workout regimens.
