In this initial meeting, we will conduct an assessment and evaluation to get an idea of your current state of fitness. We will then define what your goals are to develop a personal fitness routine that will benefit you and help you achieve that goal.
This is the MOST crucial part of the training process because without being able to identify your goals and past/current limitations, it becomes difficult to create solutions and overcome those obstacles keeping you from your goal!
